Supplier Code of Conduct
This Supplier Code of Conduct is integral to the collaboration between Beyond Boundaries Concierge Services L.L.C and its suppliers. Non-compliance may result in termination of the business relationship.
By continuing to work with Beyond Boundaries Concierge Services L.L.C, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this Supplier Code of Conduct.
Effective Date: 01st January 2024
1. Liability and Indemnification:

Beyond Boundaries Concierge Services L.L.C assumes no liability for the provision of goods or services.

The supplier agrees to indemnify Beyond Boundaries Concierge Services L.L.C against any claims arising from provided goods or services, causing direct or indirect loss or damage.
2. Professionalism and Timely Services:

All goods and services must be executed professionally and according to provided instructions.

Inability to meet specified timeframes or requirements requires prompt notification to Beyond Boundaries Concierge Services L.L.C, no later than two (2) business days after the service request.
3. Terms & Conditions:

Any Terms & Conditions must be provided to Beyond Boundaries before engagement.

Cancellation, refund, or scheduling terms must be clearly communicated at the engagement outset.
4. Insurance Requirements:

Maintain General Liability insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 1,000,000 or AED 5,000,000 for inherently dangerous activities.

Applicable to automotive transport, equestrian activities, nautical excursions, boat charters, helicopter charters, aviation charters, or any adventurous activities.
5. Non-Solicitation and Non-Disparagement:

Suppliers shall not solicit or accept business from sources made available through Beyond Boundaries.

Strict non-disparagement of Beyond Boundaries Concierge Services L.L.C, clients, staff, or partner brands is required, both in written and oral communication.
6. Data Protection and Privacy:

Compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including UAE Consumer Protection Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.

Obtain necessary consents for processing personal data and ensure secure handling of Protected Data.

Indemnification for any wrongful processing of Protected Data.
7. Card Holder Data Security:

Suppliers are responsible for the security of cardholder data provided by Beyond Boundaries.

Beyond Boundaries reserves the right to terminate agreements for services if security procedures do not meet acceptable standards.
